Polarized Gluon Distribution Function from η′ Production

چکیده
Using the recently proposed ggη effective vertex, we investigate the production of η from gluon fusion in polarized pp collisions. We show that by measuring ALL in η ′ production, one can extract the polarized gluon distribution ∆G(x,Q) at Q ∼ 1GeV and in a wide range of x.
